Fläskytterfilé – Free Range Pork Tenderloin 400G
Our Free Range Pork Tenderloin a narrow, boneless cut that is succulent and lean. Cooking it is very easy: you can pan fry it, roast it, grill it or put it on the BBQ. If you would like to cook it with a Swedish twist, serve the pork tenderloin with potato mash, cream sauce and pickled cucumber, ‘Pressgurka’.
This product has a shelf life of 12 days from the date of delivery.
All our meat comes from our sister company The Black Farmer, sourced locally from farms in Wiltshire, Somerset and the South West. By working with local produce and farmers, we promote and encourage a sustainable and ethical approach to meat eating.
