and I have a passion for all things Scandinavian – but most of all, the food. I enjoy travelling around Scandinavia to discover interesting and exciting new dishes – and thanks to their Smörgåsbord tradition, there is always plenty to try!
I have worked in the food industry for over 30 years, most of that time in big corporate organisations. I came to realise that my passion for food was getting lost in the systems and processes of big business, so I decided to leave it behind and start Smörgåsbord. Now I travel to Scandinavia to source my products and oversee every stage from production to distribution to the retailers. In this way I know that the food I bring you is traditional, good quality and authentically Scandinavian.
