Shipping policy

Delivery Charges & Times

  • Standard delivery is £8.60 per order.

  • Deliveries are made Tuesday – Friday, within 3–5 working days of dispatch.

Delivery Process

  • All orders are sent via DPD, which provides time-slot notifications and tracking.

  • Deliveries are “no signature required.” We may leave orders in a safe place you nominate.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged orders left unattended.

We currently deliver to mainland UK only. We do not deliver to the following postcodes:
AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3, IM, GY, JE, BT, TR22, PO30-41.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the parcel, it may be left in the designated safe place. We cannot accept responsibility for orders refused or damaged after delivery.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your delivery promptly and contact us if any items are missing or damaged. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
