Grytbitar Nöt – Diced beef 400G
Lean diced beef is perfect for stews but you can also cook it quickly, or choose to grill it pink. Diced beef is also fabulous in a good hearty hot pot. A top tip is to dust the pieces lightly in flour, before browning off in a little butter. This will add colour, flavour and body to the finished dish.
Cooking instructions: Cook slowly on the hob, on a low heat until tender. Just before serving thicken with flour or corn flour. Place browned meat in oven dish with lid on. Pre-heat the oven to gas mark 1, 275°F (140°C) and cook for about 2 / 3 hours. Our lean diced beef is suitable for freezing at home.
This product has a shelf life of 12 days from the date of delivery.
